hey everyone chris here from Sondela consulting just wanted to explain in this video a little bit about the order task ticket update plugin that we've developed for wordpress so here's our wordpress website and we have the information about our ticket search and notes updates so if we actually go to the plugin itself this is where we're going to be able to enter the license key as well as entering all of our api details along with then choosing what queue name we want in the tickets to go into as well as you know the status and ticket category all of that kind of stuff save and close or save changes and that is now created what we can then do from here is under our pages section we can simply go ahead and we can create a new uh create ticket page so here we have a page called create ticket if i edit this page what you will see is we very simply have a short code that we use to create this this page so if i'm going to here and i click on our permalink now you can see here's the information that has come from that short code so let's go in here and actually create a ticket and we'll use the email address of cresit current properties let's say we need help with outlook and click create and that's it the ticket has now been created successfully one of the things you will now notice is when i look at all of the new tickets that have been created today i can see here is i need help with outlook and i simply click on this and this gives you the ability to see where that ticket is has come from so this was whatever i entered into the ticket it's also using teams to alert me of this new ticket being created and then i know exactly which user has created this as well and i can see that it gets mapped against the correct company name and that's it it really is as simple as that so if you want any more information feel free to just leave a comment below or contact us on the email address below and we'll be happy to uh to discuss it further
