We plant trees for every customer

We work with Ecologi and fund two trees for every new customer we sign, through verified reforestation projects that restore habitat and support the communities who look after them. The total above comes straight from our Ecologi account and updates on its own as the forest grows.

We travel less, and travel better

Consulting used to mean getting on a plane. Most of ours is now delivered remotely, which has cut our travel emissions considerably, and where we do need to be somewhere in person we take public transport rather than flying or driving wherever that's practical. It works better for clients too: no travel time billed, and sessions that fit around their working day.

Our actual work reduces waste

Some of our best environmental work is simply the job itself. Badly configured systems waste time, duplicate effort, and keep people doing manual work that software should handle. Every implementation we tighten up means an MSP getting more done with the resources they already have, rather than hiring around a problem or running processes that shouldn't exist. Efficiency is the product, and less waste comes with it.

We give the knowledge away

A lot of what we know is published free: the full HaloPSA implementation series on YouTube, every episode of the PSAImpact podcast, and the HaloPSA User Group. It means smaller MSPs who could never justify a consulting budget can still get their systems working properly — and that accessibility matters to us.
