Chris Timm

Chris ran and sold his MSP business in 2012, and now shares that experience as the author of PSA Profitability. He's worked as a consultant for Autotask since 2016 and has also worked closely with HaloPSA since 2022, helping shape the product roadmap, and is the voice behind a popular free HaloPSA implementation series on YouTube.
